Once you’re ready to book, we match your shipment with a licensed, insured carrier from our network. Every carrier is verified for active USDOT and MC numbers, current insurance, and clean safety records before they ever touch a customer vehicle.

You’ll receive carrier details — name, contact info, and vehicle info — before your pickup date so you know exactly who to expect.

No deposit is required until a carrier is assigned

Door-to-Door Pickup

Your carrier picks up the vehicle at the address you provided — your home, workplace, or anywhere convenient. At pickup, a Bill of Lading is completed documenting your vehicle’s condition. Keep a copy for your records.

You don’t need to be present for pickup if you arrange a trusted contact. We’ll walk you through that option if needed.

Delivery & Final Inspection

It’s recommended for luxury, classic, exotic, or high-value vehicles and typically costs 40–60% more than open transport.

Can I ship personal items inside my vehicle?

Carriers generally allow a small amount of personal items in the trunk (under 100 lbs), but this is at the carrier’s discretion and is not covered by cargo insurance. Avoid leaving valuables, electronics, or anything irreplaceable in the vehicle during transport.
