Your quote is all-inclusive — no fuel surcharges, no hidden broker fees, no surprises at pickup. What you see is what you pay.

Tip: Flexible dates can lower your rate by up to 15%
02

We Assign a Vetted Carrier

Once you’re ready to book, we match your shipment with a licensed, insured carrier from our network. Every carrier is verified for active USDOT and MC numbers, current insurance, and clean safety records before they ever touch a customer vehicle.

You’ll receive carrier details — name, contact info, and vehicle info — before your pickup date so you know exactly who to expect.

No deposit is required until a carrier is assigned
03

Door-to-Door Pickup

Your carrier picks up the vehicle at the address you provided — your home, workplace, or anywhere convenient. At pickup, a Bill of Lading is completed documenting your vehicle’s condition. Keep a copy for your records.

You don’t need to be present for pickup if you arrange a trusted contact. We’ll walk you through that option if needed.

Tip: Remove personal items and leave the tank at ¼ full
04

Delivery & Final Inspection

Your vehicle is delivered directly to your destination address. Before signing off, walk around the vehicle and compare its condition to the Bill of Lading. Any concerns should be noted on the delivery copy before the driver leaves.

Transit times vary by route — most Jacksonville shipments deliver within 1–7 days depending on distance and carrier availability.

Typical delivery: 1–3 days FL routes · 5–7 days cross-country

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to ship a car from Jacksonville?
Prices vary based on distance, vehicle size, transport type (open vs. enclosed), and time of year. Most Jacksonville routes range from $350 for short Florida hauls to $1,200+ for cross-country shipments. Get a free quote for an exact price on your route.
How long does Jacksonville auto shipping take?
Transit times depend on the route. Florida-to-Florida routes typically deliver in 1–3 days. Southeast corridor routes (Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami) average 1–4 days. Cross-country routes to California or the Northwest usually take 7–10 days. We’ll give you an estimated window when your carrier is assigned.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier in our network is required to carry active cargo and liability insurance. Your vehicle is covered from pickup to delivery. We recommend reviewing your personal auto insurance policy as well, as some policies extend coverage during transport.
Do I need to be present for pickup or delivery?
You or a trusted representative (18+) should be present at both pickup and delivery to sign the Bill of Lading and inspect the vehicle. If you can’t be there personally, a family member, friend, or colleague can stand in — just let us know in advance.
What’s the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport ships your vehicle on an exposed multi-car carrier — the same way most new cars are delivered to dealerships. It’s the most affordable and widely used option. Enclosed transport places your vehicle inside a covered trailer, offering protection from weather and road debris. It’s recommended for luxury, classic, exotic, or high-value vehicles and typically costs 40–60% more than open transport.
Can I ship personal items inside my vehicle?
Carriers generally allow a small amount of personal items in the trunk (under 100 lbs), but this is at the carrier’s discretion and is not covered by cargo insurance. Avoid leaving valuables, electronics, or anything irreplaceable in the vehicle during transport.
